We are transitioning to HotDoc Payments for all consulations
To make payments easier and more efficient, Greenway Medical Centre will start using HotDoc Payments for all consultations – both telehealth and face to face consults – from 31st March 2025. After your appointment, you’ll receive a secure payment request via HotDoc, or if you have put in your credit card details before the consult, you will be billed automatically, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process.
We want to reassure you that your credit card details are completely safe. HotDoc payments uses industry-standard encryption, and our clinic does not have access to your payment information. Your privacy and security remain our top priority.
Bulk billing will still apply for children, concession card holders, and pensioners between 9 AM and 3.50 PM on weekdays.
