TeleHealth Appointments & Consultations
Mixed Billing Medical Practice in Tuggeranong
Greenway Medical Centre is located on the ground floor of 175 Anketell Street, Greenway, Tuggeranong ACT 2900.
Bookings can be made via reception and online bookings are available via the website or the HotDocs app.
Although parking is available in nearby South.Point, there are plenty of other parking options near the medical centre, as indicated in the map below.

TeleHealth Appointments & Consultations – Important Information
We encourage you to book a TeleHealth appointment rather than a face-to-face appointment for the following symptoms:
- fever
- dry cough
- tiredness
- aches and pains
- sore throat
- diarrhoea
- conjunctivitis
- headache
- loss of taste
- loss of smell
- a rash on skin
- discolouration of fingers or toes
TeleHealth bookings can be made on our appointments page or with our friendly reception staff on 02 6100 9956.
Medicare TeleHealth services are available for ALL patients who have been seen at Greenway Medical Centre within the last 12 months.
If you are a new patient or have not had a face-to-face consultation in the last 12 months at Greenway Medical Centre you will not be eligible for the Medicare Telehealth rebate and the fee for this Telehealth service will be a non-rebatable fee of $95 for weekdays and $100 for weekends.
Please advise us at least 2 hours prior to your appointment if you wish to cancel, reschedule, or cannot attend your consultation. If 2 hours notice is not given, a Non-Attendance fee starting from $50 will be charged. This applies to all appointments.
